The exhibition brings together cross-border artists from San Diego and Tijuana — Dennis Ellman, Gabriela Escárcega, Irma Sofia Poeter, Claudia Ramírez, Gilberto Rangel, Mariza Sánchez, Stephen Santore, and César Vázquez.
