Coral Macfarland Thuet

We are delighted to have the love and support of Jazz and Latin singer Coral McFarland Thuet.

Thank you Coral for wearing a Kazana hummingbird bracelet during your performances and for spreading the word about our efforts to your friends and fans — onstage, offstage and online. We sing your name for your tremendous acts of kindness, generosity and sisterhood.

Your gift of giving and sharing inspires us to keep at it, just like the little hummingbird. Thank you for sharing with us the Mexican version of the hummingbird story:-

The Mayan legend says that hummingbirds, Colibri (spanish), Ts’un’num (Mayan), are messengers that deliver good wishes and love. It is said that when the gods completed their work on earth, they realized that there was no one in charge to deliver messages of good will and love across the land so they took a piece of jade and made an arrow. The gods blew air on it and the jade arrow flew turning it into a hummingbird. It is said that when a hummingbird flies near you, it is bringing you good wishes and love.

We truly are one people, one world, one love!
