At Kazana, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase of your hummingbird bracelet(s). Each bracelet is made by a Maasai woman in Kenya who has dreams and aspirations for herself and her family. She is keen on beading each bracelet, bead by bead, with utmost attention and care in order to sell it and improve her world. The artisan wants you to love her work, own it and keep it as a reminder of your role in helping her dreams come true.

We at Kazana believe that the hummingbird bracelet is the link between you and the Maasai women who made it — a true celebration and recognition of our shared humanity. You can count on us for high quality products and exceptional service. If we ever fall short, know that we are striving to do our very best, always.

Also note that you will be refunded, less any shipping costs, within 30 days of our receipt of the product in our US office.
